WPP Energy, has acquired the patents of the neodymium magnetic field electrolyser and is commercializing it through the German Joint Venture, headquartered in Munich, Germany.
Wpp established a collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Letter of Cooperation (LoC) Document Exchange Ceremony was held on the 27th of June 2021 to mark the latest collaboration between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and World Power Production (WPP) Energy GmbH on the unconventional green hydrogen generation through water electrolysis using lasers. The LoC between the Laser Centre, Faculty of Science, UTM and WPP was signed on the 27th of April 2021.
In this ceremony, UTM was represented by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Ahmad Fauzi bin Ismail while WPP Energy GmbH was represented by the Chief Operating Office & Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Troy MacDonald.
This LoC encompasses academic partnerships and collaborations between UTM and WPP; exchange of academic staff and students including undergraduate and postgraduate students, research and development in information and communication technology; joint seminars/conferences and joint supervision for postgraduate students. As one of the leading research universities in Malaysia, UTM has always shown great interest in identifying research collaboration networks, especially in green technology. This collaborative effort is aimed at reducing carbon levels in Malaysia as well as globally. In recent years, hydrogen gas has attracted a lot of attention as a clean fuel due to the lack of fossil fuel supply and global warming. This technology has also been selected as a contributor in supporting the upcoming “HyFi” Hydrogen Trading Platform, which is a WPP initiative.
UTM expresses its special appreciation to the representatives of WPP-Malaysia; Agile Strategies Sdn. Bhd., and the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Center (MGTC) in making this collaboration a success. The event was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), the Academy of Sciences, the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), and NanoMalaysia Berhad.

Additionally Wpp established a collaboration with LENR Energy and Spectroscopy Laboratory in the George Washington University. With David Nagel as leader professor estimates experimental research centers on LENR using electrochemical interactions of protons with nickel, as well as deuterons with palladium, and co-deposition of deuterons and palladium. They are working on direct nuclear-to-electrical power generation. The different experiments are monitored with various thermal and spectroscopic techniques. Wpp with the support of Mr Nagel has patented the electrochemical systems with magnetic electrodes and additional excitations in order to provide the neodymium magnetic field electrolyser that provides more efficient hydrogen production.

From 2006-2008 WPP President Mr. Ben had power plants in Managua, Nicaragua for upgrading into Biomass plant. The conversion was to adopt new advanced Pyrolysis, combining Plasma Gasification with the Pyrolysis using tires and biomass combination to increase the amount of BTU’s converting the plants to run on a clean energy, with much higher profits on the sale of the Carbon Black, and Stainless Steel by products using the Kremsmuler exhaust system that eliminates the gases and fumes used as a second cycle, increasing power production by 18%.
2009 Mr Ben formed World Power Production Energy Corporation (WPP Energy) to solve Municipal Solid Waste problems around the world using the advanced zero pollution technology, converting waste into power.
2010 WPP Energy introduces a revolutionary concept along with GE generators increasing power plant production by 30% and reducing operating costs by 45%.
2011 WPP collaborated with Technip (a leader in Oil & Gas) for a total investment of $50 Billion USD for mega projects in Morocco.
2012 WPP Formed a Joint Venture with INEWCORP to implement waste to energy projects in 15 countries in Africa for waste to energy, and green villages with a signed PPA’s with federal government in the SUM of $55 Billion USD for 35 years contract back by a signed Government DECREE.
2013 WPP Formed a Joint Venture Agreement with GDTC for a Large Waste to Energy Projects totalling $9.4 Billion USD.
In 2014 WPP expanded its Far East presence by signing a Joint Venture Agreement with South Korea to convert water into Hydrogen, building the first Home Unit to provide Low Cost Heat, Hot Water, and Electricity to Home Owners.
2015 WPP deploys technology for the desalinization/purification of water. The quality of drinking water is a powerful environmental determinant of health.
2016 WPP Energy begins to visualize the potential of block chain technology once applied to the power production industry and concludes it is the ideal way to reduce public power costs dramatically.
2017 WPP Energy President Mr. Rafael Ben was invited to present at the green energy summit to resolve the problem of waste heavy gases and fumes generated from the power plants via a special exhaust system built in Austria that eliminates heavy pollution, and reuses the same gases and fumes with power production increased by 18% with zero pollution.
Also in 2017 WPP ENERGY established 35 year contracts in Africa for waste to energy projects at the Federal Government level. This encompasses over 10,000 metric tons per day of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Each of 5 Power Plants will process 2000 Metric Tons of MSW Per Day converting waste into power and by-products. WPP ENERGY has simultaneously secured a government Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to consume the energy produced at 14.5 cents per kilo watt. In addition a 35 year agreement is in place for gate/tipping fees of $35 per metric ton. Contract includes yearly increases in the per kilowatt price and in the gate/tipping fees.
January 2018 WPP signs agreement with Dahir Insaat to bring to market Green City, Vertical Greenhouse Agricultural Towers.
Also in Janury 2018, WPP commenced development of its comprehensive ITO website
In 2022 Korea H2 Alliance signed an investment agreement with the global investment group, World Wide Capital Group (WWCG), and Wpp hydrogen power generation company. Under the agreement, WWCG will invest $1 billion over the next three years in Korea’s hydrogen industry, while WPP will install hydrogen charging stations and hydrogen power plants, by applying its own water electrolysis electricity generation technology. Through the investment agreement, Korea H2 Alliance will continue to install charging stations and power plants ― which constitute the core infrastructure for the development of the hydrogen economy ― and will also produce fuel cell stacks for hydrogen-powered vehicles for commercial purposes. Korea H2 Alliance said that the hydrogen charging stations and power plants are expected to contribute greatly to accelerating the advent of the green hydrogen era in Korea, thanks to WPP’s innovative technology that can lower hydrogen production costs. To this end, more than 100 new charging stations that can both produce hydrogen and offer a charging service at the same spot will be installed in one location in the short term. In the long term, Korea H2 Alliance aims to advance into the overseas market after WPP’s production facilities are moved to Korea. Korea H2 Alliance also plans to establish a hydrogen R&D center, featuring local startups, to conduct research activities for developing fuel cell stacks and urban air mobility technologies.

David J. Nagel

He is an internationally renowned researcher, expert and thought leader on Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR). He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers on LENR, mostly in the refereed Journal of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science, plus another 20 papers for Infinite Energy magazine. He has presented over 100 talks on LENR.
